FAR Corporate is the corporate services division of the FAR boutique investment banking and private capital group. Our primary focus is to work closely with established and growing businesses to assist them in achieving their goals.

We provide a range of services, including capital and debt raising, investment banking and advisory services, finding and creating investment opportunities, and selling investments through distribution channels.

Our related group companies offer management input to various private capital investments and funds, as well as medium-sized loans. Incorporated in 1991 FAR Corporate is part of a well-established and independent boutique finance and investment banking group. Our team is small, lean, and agile, allowing us to generate and implement creative solutions to business and funding issues, both locally and internationally.

We work with a range of institutions, larger and smaller professional funders, as well as family & individual financiers and investors to find funding solutions and transactions that meet each individual situation. Our ability to generate transactions and respond to approaches sets us apart, and we maintain extensive out-of-house associated skills that we draw on as necessary.

With due disclosure members of our associated FAR group may take debt or equity positions in transactions on some occasions.

Our market primarily focuses on transaction opportunities derived in New Zealand, although we work on opportunities that have a global reach, with some originating or being based outside of New Zealand, such as in Australia. We enjoy working with new ideas and projects, often expanding the original concept to provide practical solutions on how to structure and progress opportunities, together with introducing a workable mix of debt and equity and/or introducing other parties who can add to the strategic development in various ways.

Whilst based in New Zealand and having a significant focus on domestic funding solutions and investment opportunities, our international contacts reach across the Pacific and beyond. Our team is small but has an extensive range of out of house associated skills which are drawn on as necessary.
